Philippe Oster

Director of International Affairs at HEC Paris

Philippe Oster is the current Director of International Affairs at HEC Paris. Oster has extensive experience in heading international admissions and recruitment for top French business schools. Before their current position, Oster was the Project and Policy Manager at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from June 2000 to July 2002. Oster was also an Associate Lecturer at the University of East Anglia from June 1997 to September 1999.

Philippe Oster's educational career began with a BA & MA in Anglo-american language, literature and civilisation from the University of Strasbourg. Philippe followed this with an MA in Language Policies and French as a Foreign Language from the same school. Next, they pursued an MBA / DESS CAAE (IAE PARIS PANTHEON SORBONNE) in General Management from Université Paris-Sorbonne. Finally, they completed an International Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from HEC Paris. In addition to their degrees, Philippe Oster has also received certification from Singularity University in Exponential Innovation Program and from Cambridge Assessment in Cambridge Proficiency.

Philippe Oster reports to Eloïc Peyrache, Director General and Dean. Philippe Oster works with Andrea Masini - Dean of Faculty & Research, Pierre-Yves Suard - Finance Director, and Pablo Martin de Holan - Dean, HEC Paris in Qatar.
