Skip Leedy

Skip Leedy is an experienced project manager currently overseeing operations at the Midas and Hollister sites for Hecla Mining since October 2012. Previous roles at Hecla Mining included Reclamation and Compliance Manager, where oversight was provided for the reclamation of the Troy Mine, Project Coordinator for the #4 Shaft Project, and Development Manager for the Bulldog Mine's site facilities and 9400 Bulldog Decline Project. Prior to working at Hecla Mining, Skip Leedy served as a Senior Civil Engineer for the City of Reno from August 1994 to June 2009, managing the construction of various city infrastructure projects. Skip Leedy holds a master's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering and a master's degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
