Jonathan Hayward is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership and innovation across multiple sectors. They currently serve as Chair at Hectare and Director at Voltloader, actively contributing to the decarbonization of transportation. Jonathan co-founded Tonik Energy and Baringa Partners, and held key roles in the Department of Energy and Climate Change as well as E.ON's Smart Metering Programme.
