Investment- Hecto provides a platform where you can achieve great returns on your investment and have your money secured by property. Investments typically have a return of 10% per annum that's a lot more than you would get in the bank.

Development- Hecto focuses on buying properties with great potential to add value and achieve great rents. All the properties we buy we aim to keep and rent out in order to grow our rental portfolio. We are currently working on several projects converting commercial units into residential blocks of flats.

Management- Hecto provides a professional property management service to Landlords in the North Worcestershire areas (primarily Bromsgrove and Redditch). We have developed our management system on our own portfolio and now offer the same service to owners of single lets and HMO’s. We offer great advice and have a full time handy man which allows us to keep your property in a great condition.
