Bill Kosik

Bill Kosik, PE, CEM, LEED AP, is an accomplished sector leader in mission critical facilities with extensive experience spanning multiple engineering firms. Currently, Bill serves as the Sector Leader for Mission Critical at HED since April 2025. Previously, Bill held the position of Assistant Vice President in Mechanical Engineering at kW Mission Critical Engineering, where expertise in HVAC system energy optimization and liquid cooling analysis was demonstrated. Prior roles include Senior Energy Engineer at DNV, where contributions to energy market services were pivotal, and Director of Data Center Energy Efficiency Strategies at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing energy strategies for over 130 data centers globally. Bill's notable career includes significant leadership positions in various companies, with a strong focus on mechanical system design, energy efficiency, and client collaboration. Bill holds a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
