Gary Murphy

Gary Murphy currently serves as Principal and National Studio Leader for Data Centers at Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) since the merger with Integrated Design Group in March 2019, overseeing the firm's largest sector. Prior to HED, Gary founded Integrated Design Group in March 2003, specializing in the design of critical data centers with an emphasis on energy efficiency and system reliability. Gary held the position of Vice President at Carlson Design Construct from 1995 to 2003, managing client relationships for major data center projects. Earlier experiences include sales roles at Kennedy and Rossi and Badger Engineers, focusing on the biotech sector. Gary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1979 to 1983.
