Michael Baker

Michael Baker, AIA, is an associate principal and versatile architect with over 30 years of experience in project management and business development across various sectors, including education, corporate, healthcare, and municipal projects. They have held prominent roles at firms such as HED, Stantec, and Schonsheck, Inc., where they directed architectural departments and managed significant design contracts. Michael began their academic journey at Michigan State University, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and later obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Currently, they serve as a Senior Project Manager at HED, continuing to emphasize client management and quality assurance in their work.
