Currently serving as the Director of Middle Office Software Development at HedgeServ since 2007, Kohlman has managed and developed several key applications, including Cash Management and NAV Accounting reporting systems. Previously, Kohlman held managerial roles in IT, contributing to various financial institutions and showcasing a robust understanding of middle and back office operations in the hedge fund industry. Kohlman earned a BA from the University of Connecticut, completing their studies in 1990.
