Luke Stokes is an experienced Development Delivery Manager currently employed at Hedyn Wales since March 2025, with a prior role in the same capacity at Newport City Homes from December 2020 to March 2025. At Newport City Homes, Luke was responsible for managing the development and regeneration program, overseeing all project phases from concept to completion. Previously, as a Senior Development Officer and Project Surveyor at Morganstone Ltd from July 2017 to December 2020, Luke managed full commercial aspects and liaised with clients and stakeholders on projects valued between £3 million and £40 million in the social housing sector. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Trainee at Taylor Wimpey plc from June 2015 to June 2017. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sound Technology from the University of South Wales and an HNC in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
