Paul Tarling is a seasoned professional in land and planning management with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Land and Planning Manager at Hedyn since April 2025, Tarling previously held the same title at Newport City Homes from June 2021 to April 2025, where there was also a prior role as Senior Development Officer. From March 2014 to October 2020, Tarling worked as a Public Sector, Development & Regeneration Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle. Paul Tarling earned a BSc in Estate Management from the University of South Wales, attending from 1991 to 1995.
