Koen de Weerd

Koen de Weerd has extensive experience in asset and portfolio management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Assetmanager and Vastgoedadviseur at HEEMwonen since June 2019, Koen de Weerd specializes in strategic and policy-related initiatives. Prior to this, Koen de Weerd worked as Adviseur at H&S Adviseurs, focusing on process management for spatial development projects, and as Adviseur vastgoed en taxaties at Thorbecke, providing expert advice to public organizations on various aspects of real estate.
