Tyler Straub

Tyler Straub is a seasoned sales professional with a background in business development and client relations. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer for HEF USA since November 2022, Tyler specializes in surface treatments and specialty bushings. Prior to this role, Tyler was a Business Development Manager at Thermal Process Holdings from January 2020 to November 2022, and also held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Rex Heat Treat from October 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included enhancing client relationships and achieving heat treating goals. Earlier experience includes working as an Insurance Producer at Solensky Insurance Agency, focusing on commercial lines of insurance. Tyler earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Saint Francis University between 2008 and 2012.
