Aaron Yong is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience across various roles in product and user experience design. Currently serving as the Innovation & Design Manager and Senior UX + Product Designer at Hegen since May 2021, Aaron focuses on supporting young families through innovative design solutions. Previous positions include Associate Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, Experience Designer at GovTech Singapore, and Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, where Aaron also chaired multiple user experience modules and guided students to success in design competitions. Earlier career achievements include contributions as a Senior Industrial Designer at the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities and a Senior Product Designer at Pigeon Corporation, among others. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from Swinburne University of Technology and a Diploma in Product Design from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.
