John Bender

John Bender is currently the Director of IT Service Management at The Heico Companies LLC. With over three years of experience managing IT support teams in higher education and an additional three years in a multi-location corporate environment, John focuses on maximizing technology and effective communication. Previously, John served as IT Manager at Naperville Public Library, where they oversaw technology budgets and a team of IT employees, while also contributing to long-range strategies. John holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University.
