Matthew Moore

Matthew Moore has extensive experience in the fields of acquisitions, engineering, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at HEICO since 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President at Boyne Capital from 2021 to 2025 and Eads Bridge Holdings from 2020 to 2021, focusing on acquiring lower middle market businesses. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at First Infrastructure Capital Advisors from 2018 to 2020, working with a $1 billion infrastructure fund. Earlier in Matthew's career at GE from 2013 to 2017, responsibilities included Lead Fleet Programs Engineer, focusing on risk management for power generation products, and previous engineering roles while completing education milestones. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
