Abderrahman Bendnaiba

Abderrahman BENDNAIBA is an experienced professional in the field of maintenance management, currently serving as the Plant Maintenance Manager at HeidelbergCement since June 2015, following a role as responsable Maintenance Électrique. Prior to this, Abderrahman worked at ONCF from August 2007 to June 2015 as Chef de service maintenance caténaire et sous station. Abderrahman holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie électrique et électronique from Mohammadia School of Engineers, completed in 2007, and an MBA from York St. John University. Additionally, Abderrahman is a Certified Transformational Leader from the Chartered Management Institute.
