Ruby Bown

Ruby Bown is currently the Commercial Manager at Heidi, where they have also served as a Sales Consultant and Commercial Executive. Previously, Ruby held various roles, including Resort Manager at Ski Famille and Zenith Holidays Ltd, and served as a Customer Care Assistant at Morrisons. Ruby has experience as a Membership Development Officer at RSPB and as a Tour Leader at PGL Travel. They worked as a Covid test centre operative for the NHS and as a Crew Travel Consultant at TUI. Ruby earned a BSc in Geography from King's College London and completed A Levels in French, Maths, and Geography at Thomas Hardye School.
