Chen Lei

Chen Lei graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 2005. He has sailed for 3 years on VLCC as 4th Engineer. After short experience in North China Shipping Hongkong and Fearnleys Beijing as Tanker Operator he started oil tankers chartering in NPI and ChemChina for 10 years as shipping team leader. He managed day-to-day chartering activities and time charterer, coordinate and optimize the procurement plan for imported crude oil in accordance with the needs of system refineries, establish and manage HSE framework (incl personnel safety, shipping and FPSO business) of oversea entities in accordance with the company’s overall HSE system.
