Steve Huvane

Steve Huvane is a seasoned marine consultant with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving at Heidmar since November 2008, Steve provides expertise on commercial activities, operational procedures, and contract negotiations while playing a key role in the company's Quality program. Prior to this, Steve worked at ExxonMobil for over 35 years, beginning as a regional manager overseeing a team focused on crude and feedstocks transportation. Steve's maritime journey began with various U.S. shipping companies from 1966 to 1973, where responsibilities included serving as 3rd, 2nd, Chief Mate, and Master on various vessels. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Transportation Management and a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology and Oceanography from SUNY Maritime College.
