John V.

John V. possesses extensive experience in procurement and management within the construction and steel industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Buyer for Heijmans since April 2023, John previously held various managerial roles at Verano B.V. from April 2002 to March 2023, including Manager of Purchasing and Projects, Manager of Purchasing, R&D, and Projects, as well as Manager of Sales. Prior to that, John was the Head of Purchasing and Branch Manager at Van Raak Staal from April 1993 to March 2002, and worked as a Commercial Employee in Sales and Purchasing at "de Cromvoirtse" steel service center from January 1988 to March 1993. Early career includes a position as a Transport Planner at ThyssenKrupp Materials between February 1987 and December 1988, and service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force from 1985 to 1987. Academic qualifications include studies at MTS Veghel from 1981 to 1985 and earlier education at Franciscus College and Aloysius School Veghel.
