Kees Berkhof

Kees Berkhof is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Kees has held various managerial positions at Heijmans since February 1998, including HR Manager and Hoofd HRM Heijmans Infrastructuur. Prior to this, Kees worked as Hoofd HRM at Van Lee from February 1998 to August 2002, and as Hoofd Personeelszaken at ITB-Precisietechniek from 1996 to 1998. Kees began the professional journey at Campina, serving in multiple roles including Hoofd Personeelszaken from January 1985 to 1996. Kees holds an HBO degree in Bedrijfskunde and completed studies in Personeelsmanagement at Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg. Additionally, Kees completed a Leergang Hoger Management and a Masterclass in Succesvol Veranderen.
