Gina Lucy has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in education and management. From January 1996 to November 2010, Gina served as a Manager and Subject Matter Expert Trainer at Discover Financial Services, overseeing accounts and team members while focusing on professional development. Following this role, Gina held several positions in the education sector, including Director of Curriculum and ELL and Testing Coordinator at Phoenix Advantage Charter School from July 2012 to January 2019, where effective teaching strategies were implemented for K-8 students in an ELL environment. Additionally, Gina briefly worked as a Vice Principal at Phoenix Advantage Charter School and as a Teacher at Scottsdale Unified School District from January 2011 to June 2012, developing lessons aligned with state standards. Most recently, Gina was employed at Heilind Electronics from January 2019 to March 2022 as a Customer Business Specialist.
