Heim Datacenters is building a Nordic based center company designed for hyperscale, AI, HPC, and cloud workloads.

We combine Nordic infrastructure logic with customer-focused execution to build and operate scalable, future-ready data center platforms defined by long-term performance, operational excellence, and trusted partnerships.

Our ambition is to create a platform that is AI factory ready, multifunctional by design, and built for long-term growth. That means infrastructure capable of supporting high-density and next-generation compute requirements, while remaining flexible enough to serve a broad range of customer workloads over time.

Heim is built around a simple idea: critical digital infrastructure should combine technical performance, disciplined execution, and an operating model people can trust. The name Heim means home, and for us that is more than a name. It reflects how we want to build the company and how we want customers, partners, investors, employees and local communities to experience working with us. Working with Heim should feel like coming home: a place defined by trust, respect, transparency, accountability, and shared purpose. In an industry shaped by scale, complexity, and long time horizons, we believe the strongest partnerships are built on exactly those foundations.

We focus on:
- large-scale data center development opportunities in Sweden and Finland
- hyperscale and AI-ready infrastructure
- scalable site strategy and phased expansion
- disciplined project maturation from land and power to customer readiness
- a long-term platform built for institutional quality

Our approach is grounded in deep sector experience, strong execution discipline and a belief that infrastructure performs best when it is built with clarity, ownership, and long-term alignment.
