At Heima Therapy, we believe in creating a space that feels like coming home to yourself.

Founded by psychotherapists Stuti Kalra and Chandrima Das, our name “Heima” means ‘at home’ in Icelandic, reflecting our core philosophy: mental health care that fosters comfort, safety, and healing. With over 4 years of combined experience, we offer a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet your unique needs. We’re here to listen, support, and guide you toward a path of well-being.

We welcome you to start your therapy journey with us and book a session through our website. We can’t wait to hear your story!
