Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Amit is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Heimstaden since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager at Savills from August 2020 to April 2022, where they were responsible for overall operations of a large rental property and ensured its safety and legal compliance. Amit also worked as a Senior Property Manager at Homes for Students from August 2018 to August 2020, managing and developing a property team and liaising with students on various matters. Amit has previous experience as a General Manager at Travelodge Hotels Limited for a period of ten years, where they maximized sales and profit and managed bar café operations. Additionally, they worked as a Design and Development Engineer at Deccan Enterprises Private Limited and as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Amit Kumar pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Polymer Science and Technology from SJCE, Mysore, from 2000 to 2004. Amit later pursued a Masters degree in International Business from the University of Birmingham, from 2007 to 2008.
