Peter Boman

Peter Boman is an experienced professional in real estate investment, currently serving as Director and Head of Investment for Sweden at Heimstaden since November 2022. Previously, Peter held the position of Director for Strategy & M&A and managed Alecta’s international real estate portfolio, focusing on assets in Europe and North America from April 2016 to November 2022. Peter's early career included roles as a Senior Analyst and Investment Analyst at Möller & Partners AB from 2013 to 2016, and as a part-time Analyst with the same firm in 2012. Peter earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has additional educational experience from California Polytechnic State University and Uppsala University.
