Frederic Desutter

Frederic Desutter is currently the APAC Regional Procurement Leader at The Heineken Company, bringing over 15 years of experience in multinational FMCG companies. Previously, Frederic held various leadership roles, including Plastics Category Group Procurement Director at SIG plc, where they developed a global procurement department, and positions at Danone Group focused on global sourcing and purchasing management. Frederic completed an Executive MBA at IESE Business School, ranked #6 globally by The Economist in 2018, and possesses expertise in complex negotiations, procurement strategies, and supplier relationship management across diverse industries. They are fluent in five languages and have lived in four countries, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation and value creation in procurement.
