Sandhya Mathur

Sandhya Mathur is currently the Factory Director at Heineken, leading the company's sole cider manufacturing facility in the UK since 2024. Previously, they served as Factory Manager and Operations Manager at Unilever, where they were responsible for ice cream manufacturing and business transformation efforts. Sandhya began their career at PepsiCo as a Management Trainee and later held roles focused on Environment, Health, and Safety. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management from NITIE and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
