Bas Joustra

Bas Joustra is currently the Plant Manager at CCU S.A., where they oversee the startup and operations of a greenfield non-alcoholic beverage plant. Previously, Bas held various roles at The HEINEKEN Company, including Area Manager Packaging and TPM Manager for several South American countries. Bas also gained valuable experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Teleperformance and as a Trainee in Technology and Risk Management at Heerema Marine Contractors. They earned a Master of Science in System Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management from Delft University of Technology and have studied at several institutions, including the University of Buenos Aires and Leiden University.
