Julian Eck

Julian Eck serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Litigation & Regulatory Risk and Innovation & Sustainability at The HEINEKEN Company, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Julian was Legal Counsel for Litigation EMEA at Twitter from October 2022 to July 2023, managing litigation, regulatory, and competition matters across the region. Julian's legal career began at Brinkhof N.V. as Advocaat, specializing in information and intellectual property law, with a focus on class actions related to privacy and competition claims, as well as evidentiary seizures and witness hearings, from December 2016 to July 2023. Additionally, Julian had a prior tenure at The HEINEKEN Company as Legal Counsel in 2018. Julian holds a Master’s Degree in Informatierecht, cum laude, from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law & ICT from the University of Groningen.
