With a strong background in e-commerce and customer services, Lynette previously held roles such as Head of E-Commerce and Global B2B Head of Product Portfolio, where they significantly enhanced revenue and customer experiences. They hold multiple degrees in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, including an MBA, and have gained advanced insights through executive education at UC Berkeley.
