Robert DAlto has an extensive background in media planning and integrated marketing, beginning as an Assistant Media Planner at Neo@Ogilvy from October 2005 to October 2006, where responsibilities included researching advertising opportunities and optimizing campaigns for IBM. Following this, Robert served as Associate Digital Media Director at Universal McCann from October 2006 to December 2010, leading digital media campaigns for various Johnson & Johnson brands and managing vendor negotiations. From January 2011 to November 2020, Robert advanced to VP, Group Director, Planning at Carat, focusing on target segmentation and communication planning for Procter & Gamble's Pet Care brands. Most recently, Robert held the position of Senior Manager, Media & Integrated Marketing at Henkel until September 2023 and subsequently became Director of Procurement at The HEINEKEN Company, overseeing media, CMI, data & technology, and business services. Robert earned a BA in Communications from The University of Connecticut between 2000 and 2004.
