Heirloom Springs is a 67-acre working farm and wellness retreat nestled in the Blue Ridge foothills of Virginia, where a country road turns and the whole property suddenly reveals itself.

We offer small-group women's retreats, private gatherings, corporate offsites, and Pilates education on a property that guests consistently describe as beautiful, calming, and magical. Every experience is rooted in the same belief — that when people step away from their usual environment, connect with real land, eat real food, and move their bodies with intention, something shifts that does not happen any other way.

Our retreat offerings include Farm to Table Pilates, Herbalism in the Blue Ridge, Summer Camp, our Signature Retreat, and Pilates Pedagogy for educators. We also welcome private groups of up to 15 for fully curated experiences or property buyouts for your own programming.

The farm produces raw wildflower honey, culinary herbs, seasonal vegetables, and eggs. Everything we grow finds its way to the table.

If you are looking for a retreat experience in Virginia that is genuinely unlike anything else, or a private setting for your team or group that does the work before the work begins, we would love to hear from you.
