Ryan O'Donnell, CPA, has a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience spanning various roles and companies. Initial training occurred at The University of Iowa, where O'Donnell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. An internship at Westin Hotels & Resorts involved improving the Accounts Receivable Department's performance, leading to significant collections, while a subsequent internship at Calamos Investments focused on tax accounting and substantial tax refunds. O'Donnell progressed to the role of Senior Portfolio Accountant at Heitman, where involvement included financial modeling for diverse real estate assets and financial statement preparation for international clients.
