Sam Carlson is a Senior Research Associate at Heitman since January 2022, previously serving as a Research Assistant at the Government Finance Research Center - UIC. The professional experience includes a Business Development Intern role at North Branch Works, where an in-depth study and neighborhood outreach were conducted. Sam also worked as an IT Business Analyst in Retail at Brookfield Properties and held various positions at NCSA Next College Student Athlete, including Business Development Manager and Recruiting Coordinator, focusing on coach acquisition and managing recruiting processes.
