Frederick de Graaf

Frederick de Graaf is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and fixed income sales. Currently serving as Director of Debt Capital Markets Corporates at Helaba since February 2024, Frederick previously held the position of Originator DCM & Private Debt at BRED for a brief period and returned to Helaba after a successful tenure as Debt Capital Markets Origination for both Corporates and the Public sector from November 2017 to September 2023. Prior to that, Frederick gained significant expertise at Dexia as a Repo Trader and in Fixed Income Sales, having also contributed to the field as a Fixed Income Sales Assistant at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank. Early career experience includes roles at Calyon CIB and Commerzbank AG. Frederick holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from SKEMA Business School and a Licence in Economics from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
