Inka Schulmeyer

Inka Schulmeyer has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Mitarbeiterin Personalentwicklung at Helaba since January 2009. Inka also works as a Dozentin at Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences from October 2018 to December 2024, focusing on leadership and HR-related topics, change management, and organizational learning. Prior to these roles, Inka was a Beraterin at Accenture from January 2000 to December 2008, specializing in HR transformation and personnel selection and support. Inka holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Applied Psychology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, awarded in 2008, and a Diplom Psychologin degree in Psychology from the same institution, completed in 2000.
