Joe Devoe

Joe Devoe currently serves as Senior Vice President at Helaba, having joined the New York Branch in May 2019 after the acquisition of DVB's Land Transport Finance Division. Prior to this role, Joe Devoe was Managing Director and Chief Representative at DVB Bank SE from January 2002 to May 2019, overseeing the bank's operations in North America and Australia for rail and road asset owners and operators, while also acting as the Chief Representative in New York. Earlier in Joe Devoe's career, a position was held as Vice President at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, managing the Transportation Finance Department from 1995 to 2001. Joe Devoe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a graduate of Orono High School.
