Martin Erbe

Martin Erbe is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate financing across Europe. Currently serving as Senior Director at Helaba since March 2012, Martin leads the Real Estate Financing division for the DACH region. Prior roles include Managing Director at Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG, where responsibilities encompassed heading Real Estate Financing for Continental Europe and International Credit Analysis, and Executive Director roles that focused on origination in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Scandinavia. Martin's career began at Aareal Bank AG as a Credit Analyst, followed by various positions in real estate financing and origination. Martin holds a Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) in Economics from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, along with a Bankkaufmann qualification from Sparkasse Heidelberg and an Abitur from the English Institute in Heidelberg.
