Peter Leimert

Peter Leimert serves as the Head of Group Steering Division at Helaba since 2018, overseeing responsibilities in Group Strategy & Development, Group Controlling, and other critical areas. Additionally, Peter Leimert holds the position of Head of Process Management & Information Security at OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH since 2020 and is a member of the Supervisory Board at the same company. Previously, Peter Leimert has held significant roles at Helaba from 2009 to 2017 as Head of Group Audit and at Dresdner Bank AG from 1997 to 2009 in various compliance and audit-related capacities, including Group Compliance Officer and COO Group Finance. Peter Leimert commenced a career at Dresdner Bank AG in 1989 as a Corporate Banking Analyst and gained experience in internal auditing and project finance. Educational credentials include a Diplom Betriebswirt in Banking & Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and additional studies at IMD and San Diego State University.
