Ralf Schuster

Ralf Schuster is a seasoned geopolitical strategist with extensive experience in financial institutions and international business. Currently serving as a Geopolitical Strategist and Head of Banks Non-OECD Countries at Helaba since January 2015, Ralf also holds the position of Geopolitical Advisor at the German Health Alliance and has been an active member of the International Club at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Presidential Board of the Ghorfa Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Previously, Ralf held director-level roles at Landesbank Berlin and Bankgesellschaft Berlin, focusing on business development in the Middle East, Africa, and CIS regions. Ralf's career began at Berliner Bank, where significant responsibilities included managing key accounts and relationships across various Middle Eastern and African countries. Educationally, Ralf undertook a traineeship in International Business Relations at Berliner Bank and completed an apprenticeship there.
