Calli Tripp

Calli Tripp is a versatile business leader with over a decade of experience in manufacturing, technology, real estate, and non-profit sectors. Currently, as the Employee Success Manager and HR & Operations Manager at Helander Metal Spinning Company, Calli manages HR and operations for over 40 employees, oversees budgets, and modernizes systems to ensure efficiency and compliance. Previously, at Simplify Healthcare, Calli scaled the workforce from 30 to 130 by building HR infrastructure and implementing payroll systems. Calli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Loyola University of Chicago and is pursuing a Real Property Administrator certification from BOMI International.
