Every year, 600,000 American businesses close. Most showed warning signs six to twelve months before they failed. The data existed. No system was reading it.

Helcyon is a financial intelligence infrastructure company that continuously monitors the vital signs of small businesses — the way medical systems monitor patients. Not after the damage. Before symptoms become emergencies.

Our platform tracks five proprietary Business Vital Signs™ in real time: Cash Pulse, Revenue Blood Pressure, Customer Heartbeat, Margin Temperature, and Growth Oxygen — engineered to detect systemic deterioration in transaction data, customer behavior, and margin structures long before it surfaces in any financial statement.

We serve three critical stakeholders:

Business owners — continuous diagnostic monitoring, early warning detection, fraud identification, and prescriptive intelligence translated into plain-language assessments.

Lenders and banks — real-time borrower health visibility, predictive default risk modeling, and portfolio-level vitality scoring that transforms credit decisioning from periodic snapshots to continuous underwriting intelligence.

Government agencies — including the SBA, U.S. Treasury, and economic development organizations — population-level diagnostic intelligence on small business health across regions and industries. Distress detection at scale, before failures become employment crises.

Helcyon is not a dashboard. It is core financial infrastructure — automated, predictive, and built with the same architectural discipline as the systems that power institutional finance and sovereign risk monitoring.
