Anders Norheim

Anders Norheim is a Senior Advisor at Helseøkonomiforvaltningen HELFO, where they have worked since 2008. With extensive experience in government administration, Anders has held multiple roles, including Consultant at Paytech and a temporary section head at Helseøkonomiforvaltningen. They possess a strong background in sales management, product marketing, and project management, and have earned certifications including Yellow, Green, and Black Belts from the Kaizen Institute Northern Europe, as well as a Quality Manager certification. Currently, Anders is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing at BI Norwegian Business School.
