Richard Ware

Richard Ware is a seasoned professional in the fields of nuclear physics and corporate leadership, with over 35 years of experience at Mars, Incorporated. Having held various senior roles, including Global Vice President of Supply, R&D, and Procurement, Richard directed global operations and was a pivotal part of the senior executive management team for 13 years. Currently, as Global Technology Ambassador at Mars, Richard guides associates and stakeholders, focusing on technological advancements and sustainability. In addition to various board member roles, Richard actively supports biodiversity conservation through their position with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN-US). Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Sussex and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Royal Naval College in Greenwich.
