Helical Former is a family owned and proudly British company headquartered in the South of England with branches worldwide
We took the principals of Hooke’s Law, and engineered the most compact, efficient, and revolutionary helical forming machines ever, designed specifically to serve the helical piering, tiebacks and screw-piling fabrication industry. Our machines have backboned the exponential growth of helical piling globally and we constantly innovate to support that growth and maintain our clients domination in the market.
We have re-imagined every element and principle of cold forming to create a machine that is safer and more economical than any other machine on the market, and crucially, able to produce accurate helical flights for a more discerning marketplace.
The result is more than just a cold former. The result is Helical Former and it’s the future of helical flight forming.
With simplicity as a core design element, our Helical Former machinery is non percussive, near silent, and forms accurate helices with superb repeatability, fast and accurately, in a completely hands-free forming process. Interested only in pitch as a forming parameter, there are no dies and no mechanical changes from one design to another.
Designed for rigorous continuous production, the entire machine is built plug and play with the minimum of wearing parts. Simple to use, simple to maintain and simple to service, no specialist skills are required.
This is helical flight forming on a whole different level of speed, accuracy, simplicity and cost efficiency.
Priced competitively and less than half the price of our competition, there is no costly on-board software either and therefore no on-costs in owning a Helical Former. Our machinery is shipped production ready. Our training is free as is our support and our design support for perfect results and your maximum success.
Talk to us about a machine to complement your business vision, for now and for your future growth.
