Alan Olisa

Alan Olisa has had a varied work experience since 2017. In that year, they joined Elenor Levon Fashion House as a Web Content Writer & Social Media Manager, where they were responsible for creating content ideas and managing a team of content creators. In 2018, they moved to Alter Ego Travel Agency as a Content Team Lead. In 2021, they joined Helicarrier as a Product Manager & QA, and then as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where their role was to ensure every new feature or improvement was rigorously tested before being introduced to users. Alan then moved to a Customer Success Associate role, where they became responsible for understanding customer complaints and resolving them in good time across all company products.

Alan Olisa attended Caleb University Lagos, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
