Stephane Lintner has had a long and varied career in finance. Stephane began their career in 2007, when they joined Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director-Equities, Head of Flow Volatility Strats, Synthetic Product Strats & Latam Strats. In this role, they were responsible for centralizing risk, centralizing inventory, and optimizing the balance sheet. Stephane also implemented market making strategies and capital deployment and optimization. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President-Equities, Head of ETF Strats, where they modernized the ETF Block trading unit and implemented automated pricing/hedging, market making and signal strategies, and cross-asset arbitrage. Stephane also served as Vice President-Core Quantitative Strategies. In 2016, they left Goldman Sachs to join Caltech as a Staff Scientist. In 2019, they joined HelicitySpace as Chair & Acting President, and in 2016, they co-founded Jiko, where they currently serve as CEO.
Stephane Lintner received their Prepa from Lycee Hoche -- Versailles from 1997 to 1999. Stephane then went on to receive their Master's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ecole Normale Superieure from 1999 to 2002. Finally, they obtained their PhD in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Caltech from 2002 to 2007.
