Helicon Defense is a U.S. implementation partner for selected Ukrainian and allied defense technologies.

We help battlefield-proven and operationally validated technologies move toward serious U.S. and allied adoption through demonstration planning, technical integration, manufacturing localization, supplier development, compliance-aware partnership structures, and defense-customer transition.

Our work is designed to complement Ukraine’s emerging international defense-industrial cooperation model: protected Ukrainian IP, controlled licensing, export-control discipline, and scalable production for Ukraine and approved allied partners.

Helicon is not a generic accelerator, broker, reseller, or uncontrolled disclosure channel. We are a founder/operator-led implementation partner focused on turning credible defense technologies into manufacturable, testable, and transition-ready capabilities.
