Lancer Brown

Lancer Brown is a seasoned molecular biologist with extensive experience in leading scientific operations. Currently serving as a Sr. Molecular Biologist at Heligenics since August 2020, Lancer directs molecular biology operations and drives innovation through advanced techniques in plasmid design and mutagenesis. Previously, as Chief Scientific Officer at Sierra Sciences from May 2002 to August 2020, Lancer led a scientific team in the discovery of novel therapies for aging-related diseases, employing effective management strategies and lean practices. Lancer also held various roles at Sierra Sciences, including Director of High-Throughput Drug Screening, where a multi-disciplinary network was developed to screen over 300,000 small molecules. With a robust educational background, holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Nevada, Reno, Lancer has been recognized for efficiency and leadership throughout a progressive career in molecular biology.
